My name is Terry and I am a paraprofessional at McMillan Middle
School. I assist in teaching 6,7, and 8th grade remedial reading.
The teacher and I are currently using materials which are high interest-low level. We are however, always on the look-out for MORE stimulating and exciting reading material. This could come in the form of anything from a play to a short story along the lines of an O. Henry. I am looking forward to meeting with other paras who are interested in these topics.
It is very hot in Miami, Florida. The temperature often reaches 98°.
