My name is Michelle Bourgeois and I am a teacher at Little Flower School in Pensacola, Florida. I teach Kindergarten through eighth grade computer literacy as well as eighth grade pre-algebra. My goal is to teach students to use the computer as a tool which will enhance other curriculum areas. Little Flower Students receive instruction in all areas of technology including databases, spreadsheets, word processing, multimedia and the internet.

I also work with The Scholastic Network to create a math game called Math Hunt. Each month Webster, our "guide dog", takes students on a tour of five great web sites related to a monthly theme. Students use the information at the site to answer a math question. Our goal is to help students gain valuable web research skills while solving real world math problems. |
Pensacola, Florida is in the northwestern part of the state. Most people recognize Pensacola as home of the Blue Angels. Our beautiful white beaches attract many tourists every summer.
