About Me
- Welcome to my Homepage.
My name is Lynn Johnson and I am the Media Specialist at North Marion
Middle School. I teach 6th - 8th grades. I am a member of FAME
and FACE.
About the NMMS Media Center
We are a SUNLINK school.
We have one internet connection and look forward to next year when all
our computers will be connected. We have a mini-lab with 10 computers for
students and teachers to use for research, word processing, computer applications,
and testing. Our students use AR and
participate in the Sunshine State Reading Program. I plan to develop curriculum
related links. I am very interested in meeting with other teachers who
are interested in doing the same.

About my school
North Marion Middle School is located in the northern
part of the county. It is a rural area with students attending from Sparr,
Citra, Fessenden, Reddick, Anthony, and Ocala. Agriculture is the main
industry with a large number of horse farms. There are also truck farms,
citrus groves and a few dairies.
