Jo's EyesWelcome to my Homepage.
My name is Jo Battistella and I am a 5th grade teacher at Pompano
Beach Elementary School in Pompano Beach, Florida. I received my Bachelor's
degree from Southern Connecticut State College and my Master's degree from
Florida Atlantic University. I have been teaching for 22 years most of
which have been in the upper elementary school grades.
About My Classroom
In order to help our students adjust to the tremendous change they will face when entering middle school, my partner and I team teach. We both teach reading. I also teach Math and Social Studies. We are both avid computer fans and integrate technology into many of our lessons. Please feel free to visit my classroom below to see the webpage my students update.
My school is located in South Florida. We are in Broward County, in the city of Pompano Beach.
