Littleton's HomepageWelcome to my home page.
My name is Ginger Littleton, and I work as a Curriculum Resource
Consultant for the Panhandle Area Educational Consortium. Prior to taking
this job I taught English for 24 years to students from grades 8 through
Advanced Placement seniors.
My job at PAEC is with the Panhandle Area Center for Excellence(PACEE) which trains teachers in such things as Florida Writes, Connections, FCAT, and Classroom Managed Assessment.
The mission of the PACEE Project is to work with teachers to keep them informed of the latest mandates from the Department of Education and the Legislature as those mandates apply to Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment. Teachers or administrators who have questions or specific training needs should contact their regional ACEE center, or contact me for assisstance.
The PACEE Project is housed at the Panhandle Area Educational Consortium in Chipley, Florida. Chipley is located in northwest Florida, about 40 minutes north of Panama City, Florida. It is just north of Interstate 10, which serves as the major east/west corridor in northern Florida. PACEE serves the eighteen counties which make up the Florida Panhandle stretching from Madison and Taylor Counties which lie east of Tallahassee to Escambia County, the westernmost Florida county. This region, Region I, reaches north to the Alabama state line and south to the Gulf of Mexico.
Search engines are a great way to find useful information on the Web. One of my favorites is Education World.
