About Me

My name is Gene Cain and I am the SocialStudies Curriculum Specialist for the School Board of Broward County, Florida.

I am also a retired Colonel in the Army Reserves.

About My Job

I assist, train, and coordinate social studies curriculum for grades PreKindergarten to 12th grade. I would love to meet other curriculum specialist and social studies teachers who have bright and new ideas about how to bring "social studies alive" in our classrooms.
