My name is Dorothy T. Baker. I am a Guidance Counselor at Holmes Elementary School. I am employed by Miami Dade County Public Schools. I coordinate student service activities and provide counseling for students. I plan on implementing school-to- work projects and providing a self esteem curriculum that will improve student's achievement, behavior and the school's climate.
