Tammy Hanlon's HomepageWest Zephyrhills Elementary |
My name is Tammy Hanlon, and I am an Instructional Technology Specialist in Pasco County, Florida. I am also a member of the Florida League of Teachers. I have taught Kindergarten through second grade and have been in my current position since 1994.
I provide technical support, staff development and network administration for West Zephyrhills Elementary in Zephyrhills, Florida. I am very interested in meeting other educators who are interested in these topics and perform similar duties.
West Zephyrhills Elementary is one of three elementary schools located in Zephyrhills. We serve approximately 650 students from PreK through 5th grade. Our school is completely networked and students have access to Macintosh computers in their classrooms and in a lab located in the school media center. Our school mascot is the bulldog.
Zephyrhills is a rural community located on the east side of Pasco County. It is about 25 miles northeast of Tampa. During the winter months, Zephyrhills is very busy with many travelers visiting from the north. I live in Dade City which is 20 minutes north of Zephyrhills. Dade City has tree lined streets that enhance its charming "small town" atmosphere.
