Get any book on Earth Day Paper Pencil

What to do

Read the book aloud to the class. Give each student a piece of paper. Have them draw a Tic-Tac-Toe board on the whole page. When the teacher says, "go!" The students will go around the room and find 9 different students. Each student will have to fill in one box with a fact and then sign his/her name. When the child has the 9 boxes filled up then that child's paper is complete. The key is the child needs to look over the facts if the fact is incorrect then the child needs to get with the person who filled in that box and help the person fill in the correct answer.
