Computer w/ Internet access Weather data instruments; such as: thermometer rain gauge (precipitation) psychrometer (relative humidity) barometer high-low thermometer

What to do

On weekly rotation basis, small groups record daily weather data, such as: current temperature, high-low for current 24 hours, barometer, relative humidity, and precipitation. Weather team selects a Florida city for weather comparison study. Using computer, access: http://www.weathercenter.com/updates/flmrcast.htm. Recorded data is compared to local recordings. Observations and conclusions can be drawn that indicate weather systems move across and down the state. Graphing activities can also be incorporated.
