Materials

1/4 sheet of poster board, color markers, protractor, compass, ruler, knowledge of geometry terms and definitions.

What to do

Imagine that your students have been hired to write a clever, entertaining greeting card. The cover of the card must display geometry art,original work. It must use atleast 10 colors. The inscription must use at least 15 geometry terms used in a witty way. This is a great alternate assessment activity. Students are asked not to use religion, profanity or other inappropriate materials.

Additional Information

Projects are never accepted late, however they may be turned in early. Projects are worth 1 quiz grade. They may be read outloud or displayed. They may also become part of a portfolio.
