measuring tape, unifix cubes

What to do

First have children measure each other for height. Tape an index card with child's height in inches to each child. For human graph line, children up from shortest to tallest. Pair children up and have them measure each other with unifix cubes. Have them switch partners and have them compare their unifix cube height with others. Then they could line up unifix cubes to form a bar graph.
