Materials

Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry ice cream
spoons
cups
red, white, and brown paper circles for each child
brown triangles for each child
scissors
glue
one large sheet of paper (for graph)

What to do

1. Have students taste the ice cream. Decide which flavor they like the best.
2. Cut out a circle to represent their choice. (brown - chocolate, white - vanilla, red - strawberry)
3. Paste the circle on top of the triangle cone.
4. Place the cones on a graph according to flavor.
5. Have the children interpret the graph. Which flavor did the class like the most?/least?
