Crowe's HomepageWelcome to my Homepage. My name is Penny Crowe and I am an Instructional Technology Specialist at Richey Elementary School in Pasco County, Florida.
Richey Elementary is a neighborhood school located in downtown New Port Richey, Florida. We are a Title 1 school serving 1000 students PreK-grade 5. The school was built in the early 50's and underwent extensive remodeling (which included networking) in 1995.
Our school is located several blocks from the Pithlachacotee River. Usually the weather is very mild. Summers can be hot, but the afternoon sea breeze usually makes the temperature bearable. The buildings are grouped in clusters of four classroomswith a breezeway between. Buildings are connected with covered walkways.
