My name is Jeanne Murgado Dyer and I am a teacher at the new Walter
Sickles High School. I teach Advanced Placement and Honors Chemistry to
10th, 11th, and 12th graders.
I plan on teaching the following topics: chemical equations, stoichiometry,
solution chemistry, gas laws, thermochemistry, atomic theory, bonding,
solids & liquids, kinetics, equilibrium, acid & base chemistry,
thermodynamics, electrochemistry, nuclear and organic chemistry.
I like to use the CBL(tm) and graphing calculator as much as possible and
I am very interested in meeting with other teachers who are interested
in these topics.
It is very warm in Tampa, Florida. The temperature often reaches 95°F.
